Ye Yacht Yard sits on Southport Harbor at 985 Harbor Road and handles about 65 small boats up to roughly 14 feet, along with kayak racks and launch service for residents. It is also the access point for boaters holding a Southport Harbor mooring permit.
Southport Harbor itself is one of the prettier small harbors on this coast, and the mooring field there holds a good number of boats through the season.

Boats this size are quick work, and honestly a per-foot price on a 14-foot boat is one of the better value details we do. Small hulls take a full correction and seal in a fraction of the time a cruiser needs.
For moored boats in Southport Harbor, the practical arrangement is to bring the boat to the dock and let us work there. A moored boat gets sun and salt from every angle with nothing alongside to shade it, so fading tends to be even but thorough, and a sealant matters more than owners expect on a small open boat.
