We are not affiliated with E.R. Strait Marina. We are an independent mobile detailer that services boats kept there.
E.R. Strait Marina is one of two marinas the Town of Westport maintains, located within Longshore Club Park. Like the town's other facility, it runs on assignments with a waiting list for both in-water and dry stall spaces, and there is an escrow payment for in-water spots.
The season here runs from around May through November, with reduced or no service in the late fall.
Because assignments are hard to come by and people hold onto them, Longshore boats tend to stay in the same spot year after year. That continuity is ideal for detailing. We can build a maintenance rhythm around a boat rather than starting from scratch each season, and a boat on a wash plan here holds its gloss for years.
Dry stall boats are a different job from slipped ones, and usually a better one. No growth below the waterline, and far better access to the hull sides than we get alongside a dock. If your boat is on the rack, say so when you call and we will plan the work accordingly.
