Czescik Municipal Marina is the City of Stamford's own facility on the harbour, and boaters here are consistently direct about what it is: the best price for a slip in Stamford, with limited amenities to match. For a lot of local owners that trade is exactly right.
It sits alongside Czescik Marina Park on the Stamford waterfront, within the same protected harbour system as the private marinas but at municipal rates.
Municipal marinas hold a wider spread of boats than private ones, from small fishing boats up to decent-sized cruisers, and per-foot pricing matters more here than anywhere. A 20-foot boat costs what a 20-foot boat should cost, and nobody subsidises anybody else.
Fishing boats need a different approach from pleasure boats. Blood, scale, and bait residue work down into non-skid texture and need proper cleaning rather than a rinse, and a sealed non-skid surface releases that mess far more easily the next time. If your boat gets fished hard, say so when you book and we will plan the time for it.
