Harbor Point runs four marinas around the Stamford waterfront. North Marina holds 34 slips accommodating vessels up to 120 feet with pump-out service. West Marina has 77 slips with on-site waterfront dining. South Marina is the newest of the group. East Marina sits behind the hurricane barrier with 35 slips, 24-hour security, and free parking.
The complex sits minutes from I-95, Metro-North, and downtown Stamford, with a boardwalk and a cluster of restaurants along the water. Hinckley Yacht Yard services are available next door by appointment.

This is where the largest boats in western Connecticut are kept, and on a hull approaching 120 feet the per-foot maths changes what sensible maintenance looks like. Compounding a vessel that size is a major undertaking, and repeating it every couple of seasons because the finish keeps going chalky costs far more across three years than coating it properly once.
On the smaller Harbor Point boats the calculation is different and a good sealant with regular washing usually makes more sense. Either way, this is a busy urban harbour with airborne fallout settling nightly, and the boats that hold up best here are the ones on a recurring wash cadence rather than a single annual detail.
