The harbour here is a protected deep-water basin, and the Norwalk Islands offshore give the boats kept in it somewhere genuinely worth going.
Yards like this one usually handle their own mechanical and structural work, and we stay in our lane. They look after what makes the boat go; we look after the finish. If your yard is already handling gelcoat or paintwork on your boat, tell us and we will work alongside them rather than duplicating it.
Norwalk boats get used hard because the islands are right there. On a boat that goes out several times a week through the season, salt spray and UV accumulate much faster than on one that leaves the slip on Saturdays, and the maintenance rhythm should reflect that.
