Downtown river berths sit in the busiest, narrowest part of the channel, right where boats queue for the bascule bridge. Wake is constant and boats work hard against their fenders, so the topsides and rubrail take more punishment here than almost anywhere else we service.
Because Seaport does substantial winter storage, this is a good place to combine a proper detail with the haul-out. Compounding and sealing a hull before it goes away for the winter means it comes out in spring ready to use rather than needing correction first.
